Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include any tags, accessories, or inserts that came with the product.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital products and downloadable resources.
• Membership fees and subscriptions.
• Event tickets and registrations.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging (if applicable). We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by 40+ Glow Club LLC. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
